Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train Inspectors to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Develop and implement work instructions and training programs
  • Authorize daily time sheets and complete competency reviews
  • Participate in orientation and training requirements for Inspectors
  • Liaise with customers and provide input into Inspector Performance Appraisals
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control procedures
  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education preferred
  • No criminal record and successful completion of company medical

Please note that local travel is required for this position.
