Guest Experience Management

  • Demonstrate a commitment to prioritizing the Guest experience.
  • Respond to Guest inquiries and concerns with urgency and friendliness.
  • Assist in implementing company-wide incentive initiatives.

Operational Oversight

  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
  • Enforce all operational guidelines established by Tim Hortons.
  • Manage cash handling procedures during your shift.
  • Stay informed about new policies and updates.
  • Support the Manager/Owner in driving sales and enhancing transaction volumes.
  • Complete all necessary shift documentation, including logs and waste records.
  • Report any significant issues or concerns to management.

Health and Safety Compliance

  • Adhere to occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Understand and implement safe work practices and procedures.
  • Utilize personal protective equipment as required.
  • Report any injuries, unsafe conditions, or security incidents to the Manager/Owner.

Successful candidates will have prior experience in quick service restaurants, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, with availability required between early morning and evening hours.
