We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse Immunizer to join our team at our Kamloops location. As a Licensed Practical Nurse Immunizer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team during the flu season.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
- Register patients and complete necessary assessments and consent forms
- Prepare, administer, and document immunizations, including adverse event reporting
- Provide patients with information on possible adverse reactions and after-care instructions
- Valid license and good standing with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Completion of the required BCCDC Immunization Competency Course and Certification
- Current CPR certification
- Competitive hourly rate of $32.00-$41.00
- Part-time and casual opportunities
- Flexible scheduling, including Monday to Friday and weekends as needed
