Position Overview: Senior Data Insights Analyst

Plenty of Fish, a prominent entity in the online dating sector, is on the lookout for a Senior Data Insights Analyst. Our organization, part of the Match Group, is committed to enhancing the lives of individuals through meaningful connections.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with various teams to address business and product-related challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering comprehensive analyses and working alongside product management, engineering, data science, and marketing departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth quantitative analyses for stakeholders
  • Refine and advance the analytics framework and methodologies
  • Examine user behavior to inform product strategy
  • Manage complex analytical projects

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative analysis
  • Strong technical skills in data analytics
  • Experience handling large datasets and conducting A/B testing
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Python is advantageous

Compensation: $116,000 - $130,000 annually
