Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing telecommunications equipment, installing and maintaining telephone systems, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Diagnostics and Repair: Diagnose and repair telecommunications equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • System Installation and Maintenance: Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware to ensure seamless communication.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Test installed telephone systems to locate transmission faults and analyze test results to adjust, change, or repair switching systems, networks, and associated equipment and software.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Complete and maintain test and service reports to ensure accurate records and compliance with company standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in telecommunications equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Language Proficiency: English language proficiency.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
