CB Canada is seeking a skilled Security Officer to protect our assets and provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and exceed guest expectations. Key responsibilities include controlling access to the facility, escorting visitors, and monitoring and recording daily activities. The successful candidate will also be required to provide first aid and medical attention, and work under the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations. Key qualifications include two years of experience working with the public, high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. The ability to obtain Smart Serve certification and registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the AGCO is also required.
