About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at Orgen Nutraceuticals Inc. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies from various vendors, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing of goods.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods, including scheduling and tracking of shipments.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets for procurement and logistics, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of procurement and logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, business administration, or logistics.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain management or procurement role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
