Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Sienna Senior Living. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and ordering supplies.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, including preparing budgets, reconciling accounts, and managing expenses.
  • Human Resources: Provide support with human resources tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Technology: Maintain and troubleshoot office technology, including computers, printers, and software.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Business administration and management, general; accounting; and equivalent experience.
Work Setting:

Nursing home/home for the aged.
