Position Overview

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily activities of our food service team. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in food service management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules.
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Train staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Recruit food service personnel.
  • Prepare budget forecasts and cost estimates.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Certifications

Possession of a Serving It Right Certificate is required.
