Clothing Store Manager

We are a dynamic and growing clothing store seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team to achieve sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals, provide coaching and feedback, and promote a positive work environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Community Engagement: Participate in community programs and initiatives that support diversity, equity, and inclusion, such as accessible recruitment policies, mentorship programs, and cultural competency training.
- Performance Management: Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
