Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales floor staff to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, including scheduling and performance management.
  • Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
