Your Role:
- Collaborate closely with artists and designers to devise innovative solutions that cater to their requirements.
- Engage in the ongoing enhancement of our tools and workflows, guided by user feedback.
- Lay the groundwork for a productive and scalable work environment.
- Implement technologies that align with our game vision and empower content creators.
- Work alongside artists, designers, and animators to create solutions that meet their needs.
- Evaluate pipeline performance for continuous enhancement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within our workflows.
- Uphold high standards of coding quality and documentation.

Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in software development or game production for consoles or PC, with AAA game development experience being a significant advantage.
- Project or internship experience in game programming, particularly with current-generation video games (e.g., PS4/XBOX ONE).
- Proficiency in various programming languages, particularly C# and C++.
- An understanding of game engine and editor concepts (e.g., Unreal Engine) is preferred.
- The ability to write robust, reliable, and efficient code, along with excellent debugging and optimization skills.
- Strong analytical skills, a broad understanding of game content creation pipelines, and the ability to quickly prototype and iterate in collaboration with others.
- A team-oriented mindset, strong work ethic, and self-motivation.
- A passion for playing and creating video games.
