Company Overview

Homewood Health is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals through professional mental health services. We are currently looking for registered mental health professionals to provide services on a contract basis within our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver short-term, targeted, solution-focused counseling to address various issues including depression, anxiety, interpersonal skills, workplace challenges, relationship difficulties, stress management, and addiction.
  • Work effectively with adults, couples, families, and children.
  • Maintain adherence to professional standards and best practices in counseling.
  • Participate in clinical consultations with the management team as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in a counseling-related field or a Bachelor of Social Work degree with relevant registration and counseling experience.
  • Current registration or clinical membership with a regulatory body in your province.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in counseling, social services, or addiction service environments.
  • Experience in the EFAP sector is considered an asset.
  • Possess professional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or as otherwise determined.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook).
