Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Demonstrator to join our team at Costco Wholesale. As a Product Demonstrator, you will be responsible for introducing new products to our members, engaging with customers, and driving sales through event sampling and promotions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers and create brand awareness through product demonstrations
  • Dynamically sell products to members and encourage purchases
  • Assist other Sales Advisors as required in a team-oriented environment
  • Set up and organize merchandise, prepare vendor products according to written instructions
  • Coordinate, organize, and close down work area, including cleaning and sanitizing, washing and drying dishes, and proper storage of equipment
  • Adhere to all Food Safety handling and sanitation training and guidelines
  • Participate and adhere to all safety policies and practices
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Professional Food Safety Certification required
