We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant company seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and appeal to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences.

Food Preparation and Presentation

Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring that every dish is prepared to perfection and presented in a visually appealing manner.

Kitchen Operations Management

Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, supply ordering, and staff supervision.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.

Language

English is the primary language spoken in the kitchen.

Work Environment

The kitchen is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of orders and a focus on quality and presentation.

Physical Demands

The position requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and repetitive tasks.
