We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at DMY BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LTD. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
