About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Environmental 360 Solutions (Ontario) Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from project sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites for work, including cleaning and clearing debris.
  • Task Execution: Perform a variety of tasks, including mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Environmental Stewardship: Participate in activities that promote environmental sustainability, such as cleaning up chemical spills and removing rubble and debris.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in various locations, often under pressure. You will be required to lift and move heavy materials, up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
