About the Role

Mintu Electronics Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
    • Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
    • Provide administrative support to senior staff members
  • Financial Management
    • Process invoices and payments
    • Manage and reconcile accounts
    • Prepare and submit financial reports
  • Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
    • Provide excellent customer service and support
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Technology and Data Management
    • Manage and maintain computer systems and software
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity
    • Provide technical support to staff members
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work under pressure. The ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
