About the Role

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Pincher Creek Agriculture (John Deere) Branch. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for sales and inventory-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
  • Collaborate with the service and parts departments to optimize sales activities and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient yard environment, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Promote sales to existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Process sales paperwork and develop a comprehensive understanding of our sales process and tools.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customer base within the sales territory, identifying new potential customers and building relationships.
  • Enhance product knowledge for the equipment we offer, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the sales team and contribute to the success of the business.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow with the company.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
