About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join our team at Vanway Kitchens. As a Cabinetmaker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality custom cabinets that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Fabrication: Design and fabricate custom cabinets to meet customer specifications, ensuring maximum storage and functionality.
  • Woodworking: Operate woodworking machines to cut, shape, and form parts and components, using hand tools to shape surfaces or edges of wood workpieces.
  • Assembly and Finishing: Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete units, sanding wooden surfaces and applying veneer, stain, or polish to finished products.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, making any necessary adjustments or repairs.
  • Materials Management: Estimate costs and materials for projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Work Environment and Requirements
