Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative and office activities, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Planning and Organization: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Technology and Security: Maintain and update computer systems, software, and hardware to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: MS Office, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
