About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Land Development team at GHD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating land development projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, planners, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects
  • Lead and coordinate site plans and subdivision projects, from preliminary concepts to detailed design and construction
  • Communicate project status and progress to clients and stakeholders
  • Liaise with municipalities, clients, and approval agencies to ensure project compliance and coordination
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and invoicing to achieve financial targets
  • Ensure implementation of quality assurance procedures and processes
  • Assist with business planning and identifying opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Post-secondary civil engineering education
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation an asset
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in design and management of land development projects
  • Strong technical understanding of the core design process
  • Detail-oriented and strong time management skills
  • Ability to lead by example and coordinate multiple projects
  • Positive attitude and supportive of a team environment
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills
