Job Title: Dispatcher Supervisor

FIVE RIVER EXPRESS LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Dispatcher Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our dispatchers and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of dispatchers to ensure efficient and effective transportation operations.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity and quality of service.
  • Train and develop dispatchers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 35 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills.
