Position Overview:
Role Summary:
As an Administrative Support II, you will utilize your administrative expertise and specialized knowledge to enhance the efficiency of procedures, practices, and initiatives within a designated department or program.
Essential Qualifications:Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent educational background.
Additional Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience in customer service. Ability to think critically and adapt in a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities. Capacity to manage high stress levels and accountability. Typing proficiency of 40 words per minute, along with excellent phone etiquette and superior written and verbal communication skills in English (assessments may be conducted). This role necessitates the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. You will be required to walk, sit, twist, turn, and stand for extended periods during your shift. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams) is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare environment within the last two years. Familiarity with services and locations within the healthcare facility. Experience with Connect Care is advantageous.
