Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Manotheo Restaurant Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure.
