Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective meal preparation.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Subway, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
