About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Rexarts Media Ltd. as a key member of our marketing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
    • Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage Digital Presence
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of our website and social media channels
    • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms
    • Monitor and analyze website analytics and social media metrics
  • Content Creation and Distribution
    • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to engage target audiences
    • Create high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content alignment with business objectives
  • Public Relations and Communications
    • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers
    • Craft and distribute press releases and other communications materials
    • Manage crisis communications and reputation management
  • Team Collaboration and Support
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
    • Provide training and support to internal teams on marketing best practices
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in digital marketing
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
