Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Manager to join our team at Le Groupe Master. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our corporate telecommunications systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize our telecom environment and support business objectives
  • Lead technology environment and equipment consolidation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain close communication with users to ensure optimal adoption of new technologies and minimize disruption to business operations
  • Implement telecom and mobility initiatives, procedures, and associated documentation to ensure seamless integration with our existing systems
  • Effectively allocate financial resources to ensure alignment with business needs and customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure service performance and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • University degree in computer science or related field
  • At least 8 years' experience in the telecommunications field
  • Experience working in a multi-office organization is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Bilingualism, written and spoken (French and English)
