The Telecommunications Manager has an excellent knowledge of corporate telecommunications technologies and equipment. He/she contributes to the evolution of ways of collaborating within the organization by introducing new IT tools and supporting users in all initiatives. He ensures the stability and continuity of operations for all departments under his responsibility. Rigorous, he draws up maintenance and implementation schedules, while measuring the performance of tools and services.

A results-oriented leader, he works closely with the various business lines and external suppliers to ensure quality delivery of initiatives. As a leader, he possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, and his positive attitude fosters collaboration.

What you will accomplish with us:

- Consolidate, simplify and optimize the telecom environment to support business strategy and objectives;
- Establish an evolution strategy for all telecom components;
- Lead technology environment and equipment consolidation initiatives;
- Maintain constant communication with users to ensure optimal adoption of new technologies;
- Implement all telecom and mobility initiatives, procedures and associated documentation to ensure minimal impact on the organization's day-to-day operations;
- Effectively allocates financial resources;
- Develops and maintains a close relationship with business lines and suppliers in order to make efficient use of financial resources while being aligned with customer needs;
- Maintain a constant watch on technologies to keep the environment constantly evolving;
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure service performance;

What You Bring to Our Team:

- University degree in computer science or related field;
- At least 8 years' experience in the telecommunications field;
- Experience working in a multi-office organization (an asset);
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Organized, rigorous and detail-oriented;
- Autonomous and team player;
- Bilingualism, written and spoken (French and English).
