As a Flooring Specialist at Planks Flooring, you will be responsible for the meticulous installation and maintenance of various flooring types. Your expertise will ensure that all surfaces are prepared and finished to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections, measurements, and markings of surfaces to be covered.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ascertain work requirements.
  • Measure, cut, and secure underlay and underpadding as needed.
  • Develop flooring plans and manage scheduling for installations.
  • Precisely measure, cut, and install carpeting on various floor surfaces.
  • Accurately measure, cut, and fit resilient floor coverings.
  • Prepare and install hardwood flooring with attention to detail.
  • Inspect and repair any damaged floor coverings to maintain quality.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Prepare floors adequately for new installations.
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants to ensure a clean workspace.
  • Install vinyl decking materials with precision.
