Job Overview

We are seeking skilled individuals to perform the assembly, adjustment, modification, and installation of electromechanical components or prefabricated units on aviation, marine, and energy systems, adhering to specific conditions and criteria outlined for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and analyze technical drawings, schematics, and electromechanical assembly blueprints.
  • Execute crimping of various wire types and cable dimensions utilizing a range of contacts, lugs, and splices.
  • Install wiring, harnesses, and sub-assemblies in accordance with designated markers, cabling diagrams, and cabinet layouts.
  • Construct wiring harnesses based on schematic and procedural specifications (routing boards).
  • Conduct mechanical assembly of avionics components guided by technical drawings and specifications.
  • Perform soldering tasks following established work procedures and drawing standards.
  • Carry out manual or mechanical braiding as per work order directives.
  • Assemble, adjust, and install components or prefabricated units (assemblies, hydraulic or mechanical systems) on electromechanical systems.
  • Modify or fine-tune intricate or small electromechanical components.

Qualifications:

  • A Professional Study Diploma in Aircraft Electrical Assembly or an equivalent combination of qualifications.
  • At least 6 months of relevant industry experience.
  • Knowledge of precision standards.
  • Understanding of occupational health and safety regulations, particularly WHMIS.
  • Proficiency in French is essential.
