Key Responsibilities

The primary role of this position is to oversee all facets of parts pricing, ensuring competitiveness and optimizing revenue. This includes supporting management in analyzing and enhancing pricing strategies and profitability.

Impactful Contributions

  • Oversee parts pricing and profitability management.
  • Coordinate and direct pricing for parts and accessories to maintain competitive rates and enhance consumer perception.
  • Analyze pricing policies, make recommendations, and uphold internal procedures related to pricing.
  • Design and prepare sales analysis reports and parts pricing studies.
  • Manage competitive pricing survey initiatives.
  • Oversee all pricing approval processes.
  • Facilitate the invoicing process for in-house management.
  • Manage wholesale and collision program platforms.
  • Supervise the Collision Care Program.
  • Handle supply management, backorder, and recall/campaign functions.
  • Assist senior management with departmental support tasks.
  • Support reporting requirements for the RPSM team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in team coordination and project management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian automotive market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective people management abilities.
  • Preferred knowledge of automotive parts operations.
