Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Trades Helper to join our team at Highview Restoration Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials, performing pre-operational inspections, and reading blueprints to determine work requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from construction sites.
  • Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform routine maintenance work as needed.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Work Environment

As a Construction Trades Helper, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment, often outdoors, and may be exposed to physical demands, manual dexterity requirements, and repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a team environment.
