Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst
- Establish a collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders to comprehend and confirm their business requirements;
- Evaluate business requirements and current analytical capabilities to uncover potential synergies;
- Clearly articulate analytical requirements to teams engaged in various investment operations;
- Contribute to the development of a logical framework that aligns with business domains;
- Grasp the business workflows of systems and business units that utilize data;
- Serve as a liaison between the client and the IT department to ensure comprehensive understanding of needs;
- Recommend analytical solutions tailored to client specifications;
- Support the product manager in creating and managing the product backlog;
- Engage in the enhancement of deployed solutions and provide assistance during incidents or challenges;
- Advocate for IT best practices within the industry.
Qualifications – Business Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in a technology or finance-related discipline, or a combination of a college diploma and relevant experience;
- CFA certification is a notable advantage;
- A Master's degree in a technology or finance-related field is beneficial;
- At least eight years of experience in IT or finance;
- A minimum of five years of experience in business analysis;
- Experience in the financial sector, ideally within investment;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies;
- Experience as a Product Owner is advantageous;
- Hands-on experience in a Cloud Environment is essential;
- Understanding of the investment landscape;
- Knowledge of financial instruments modeling;
- Proficiency in SQL and Python programming;
- Familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus;
- Fluency in both French and English;
- Strong analytical abilities and a quality-focused mindset;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to customer satisfaction;
- Dynamic, independent, and driven by challenges;
- Ability to foster positive relationships within the organization;
- A collaborative team player with adaptability and professional integrity.
Contract Type
Contractual for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
