Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Lin Haw International Co., Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services
  • Assess requirements of an establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased
  • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased
  • Consult with suppliers
  • Review quotations
  • Determine contract terms and conditions
  • Establish delivery schedules
  • Monitor progress of delivery schedules
  • Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Provide customer service
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
