Key Responsibilities

The Research Analyst plays a vital role within the Industrial & Financial Services search practice. This position primarily focuses on supporting teams in preparing for business development discussions and executing executive search initiatives. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Creating comprehensive company profiles for account teams
  • Conducting research on companies and generating target lists
  • Identifying potential candidates using various online and proprietary resources
  • Contacting organizations to ascertain their structural composition

A successful career trajectory for a Research Analyst often leads to advancement to an Associate role, which involves significant client interaction and business development responsibilities. High-performing individuals may also progress to more senior Research positions, such as a 'Knowledge Manager' within a specific sector or Center of Excellence.

Qualifications
