About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Research Analyst to join our team at HOWARD ZHU REAL ESTATE CORPORATION. As a Marketing Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us understand our customers' needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate industry.
  • Consumer Insights: Develop and implement surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to gather data on consumer behavior and preferences.
  • Marketing Strategy: Analyze data and develop marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage our target audience.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present reports to senior management on market trends, consumer insights, and marketing performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing research, analysis, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of database management, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
