About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team in West Elgin, Dutton, and Rodney, ON. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, ensuring their well-being and safety throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a school bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the bus is clean and well-maintained, conducting regular pre- and post-trip inspections.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and school staff, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other drivers and school staff to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a Ministry-prescribed medical examination and background checks.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of $19.50.
  • No experience necessary - we provide training.
  • 3.5 hours/day guarantee.
  • Additional hours available - charter route opportunities.
  • Child ride-along program.
  • No nights or weekends.
