Job Summary:

Farm Credit Canada is seeking a skilled Loan Fulfillment Technician to join our national team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient, consistent, and accurate delivery of loan maintenance and loan administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a variety of loan administration activities to customer accounts, ensuring the integrity of loan information and compliance to policy and procedures.
  • Build relationships and provide support and direction to internal partners and external contacts, promoting a customer-focused approach and strong teamwork.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze and resolve issues, leveraging analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive quality, service, and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or certificate in business or commerce and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Specialized knowledge of mortgages, lending processes, security, banking, and loan products.
  • A detailed-oriented approach to tasks, with a keen eye for details and a drive for quality, service, and accuracy.
