We are expanding our sales team and are in search of a Client Executive to enhance and drive business development within the Federal Government sector. This position is pivotal in generating sales and growth within our Public Sector division, concentrating on federal government agencies. The Client Executive will manage and pursue designated territory accounts, cultivating and sustaining relationships from operational levels to executive leadership, while achieving set sales targets. This role will report directly to the Head of Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets and objectives Drive the generation of sales pipeline Develop and oversee account/territory strategies to meet revenue and growth goals Secure new business with clients in the Federal Government sector Build robust partnerships and alliances within the Federal Government Lead and complete the sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering presentations, understanding client needs, crafting solutions and proposals, forecasting, and overcoming objections to finalize sales Clearly communicate Fujitsu's product and solution advantages to clientsRequired Qualifications:
Over 7 years of experience in selling solutions to Federal government accounts Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets Extensive network of contacts within the Canadian Federal Government In-depth understanding of the sales cycle within the Canadian Government A strong drive to achieve results in a fast-paced sales and technology environment Demonstrated ability to provide strategic thought leadership, communicate effectively (both written and verbal), and influence across various functions Strong executive presence, professionalism, and political acumen Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade Capable of managing complex sales with contract options; able to discuss and negotiate contract terms and conditions Current knowledge and experience in selling IT Services & Solutions to the Public Sector Self-motivated with effective cold calling abilities; familiar with sales tools; willing and able to travel Bachelor's Degree in a relevant disciplineShaping the future together
