- Work Environment: Our cafe is located in an urban setting, providing a vibrant atmosphere.
- Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other kitchen items to dining areas and set tables.
- Manage linen by carrying and replacing as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness by sanitizing items such as dishwasher mats and waste disposal units.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after service.
- Operate dishwashing equipment to maintain cleanliness of dishes and glassware.
- Organize and store dishes in designated areas.
- Restock condiments and supplies at tables and serving stations.
- Wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items manually when required.
- Scrub pots and pans to ensure they are ready for use.
- Maintain records of food quantities utilized.
- Prepare take-out orders and package food appropriately.
- Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure freshness.
- Handle and store cleaning supplies safely.
- Receive and organize supplies in storage areas.
- Manage kitchen waste by removing garbage and trash.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
- Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting.
