- RN with the College of Nurses of Ontario, Canada
- 6+ years of professional RN experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical medical or hospital environment
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage relationships and negotiate with stakeholders
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
- Ability to lead and manage change and coach and mentor a team of professionals
