Cleaning Operations Manager

Twin Peaks Home Care Ltd is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
- 1-6 months of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
