Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Meat Lovers Dining Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to meet meal preparation needs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the food service industry an asset.
