Customer Interaction

  • Delivers outstanding service to every customer entering the store.
  • Greets customers with a smile and maintains eye contact.
  • Assists customers in locating requested items.
  • Identifies products for customers effectively.
  • Responds to inquiries and offers friendly guidance and assistance.
  • Recommends complementary and related products to ensure customer satisfaction.

Store Operations

  • Ensures retail basics are executed proficiently (e.g., stocking, labeling, organizing).
  • Restocks shelves and display areas following established guidelines.
  • Walks assigned sections to assess daily tasks.
  • Maintains accurate inventory and reports low stock levels.
  • Reports any stolen or damaged merchandise to management.
  • Utilizes computer systems and RF devices to enter relevant data.
  • Actively participates in team discussions and training sessions.
  • Engages in learning opportunities and welcomes constructive feedback.
  • Adheres to company policies and safety regulations.
  • Maintains a professional demeanor and appearance while interacting with customers.
  • Completes additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Basic mathematical and typing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with computerized systems.
  • Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
  • Cash register operation experience is beneficial.
