- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the installation and maintenance services.
- Task Management: Determine layout and installation procedures, measure and mark guidelines for installations, and erect and install scaffolding and working platforms as needed.
- Communication: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and maintenance.
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, including housing, transportation, storage, childcare, and winter clothing.
- Support for Youths: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
- Support for Veterans: Offer flexible onboarding options to allow Veterans to gradually adapt to the civilian workplace.
- Support for Indigenous People: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers, and develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities and organizations.
- Support for Mature Workers: Apply hiring policies that discourage age discrimination, provide awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers, and offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for mature workers.

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
