Position Overview

Advantage Solutions is seeking a dedicated Retail Merchandising Supervisor to oversee merchandising activities in a part-time capacity. This role focuses on the execution of grocery relines and resets.

Work Schedule

This position offers a flexible schedule, primarily during the morning and daytime hours. The workweek is structured from Monday to Thursday, ensuring no evening or weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with management teams, including area managers and store personnel.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with assigned merchandising staff.
  • Utilize reliable transportation to manage multiple local assignments.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Prior experience in grocery or large retail merchandising.
  • Strong self-management capabilities.
  • A background in retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or merchandising within designated territories.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in retail merchandising or sales.
Work Environment

The role is conducted in a retail setting, focusing on the general reset of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) across various retail outlets, including grocery and convenience stores.
