Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

At Monarch House, we are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in assessing and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
