About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Smoky Lake Inn. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
  • Customer Service
    • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
  • Communication
    • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
Work Environment

As a Food Service Associate at Smoky Lake Inn, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 32 hours per week.

Requirements
