About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Language Instructor to join our team at StudyPug Tutors Richmond Inc. as a Language Educator. As a Language Professor, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor students in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction
    • Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans and materials to students
    • Lead discussions, seminars, and lectures on language-related topics
    • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Student Support
    • Provide individualized support and guidance to students with special needs
    • Advise students on program curricula and career decisions
  • Program Evaluation and Development
    • Conduct course and program evaluations to ensure quality and effectiveness
    • Develop and implement new teaching methods and materials
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and management
    • Collaborate with other instructors to develop and implement curriculum
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. linguistics, education, language arts)
  • Experience
    • At least 1 month of experience in teaching or education-related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other educational software
